Paul Uttley BSc (Hons) Dip TP MRTPI
Paul is a Chartered Town Planner with over 24 years experience working at senior levels within both local government and the private sector.
His experience is diverse and covers all aspects of the UK planning system, from the formulation and application of strategic planning policy to the handling of development proposals on both sides of the fence.
He brings to the company an intimate knowledge of the planning system together with extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with major projects in all sectors, including town centre improvements, regeneration schemes, strategic housing sites and major commercial developments. He has successfully acted for and advised a number of national commercial and residential development companies as well as private individuals and investors and is currently involved in a number of major high profile developments.
Mike Chidzey BA (Hons) Dip Arch RIBA
Mike has practiced as a Chartered Architect in the UK for the past 29 years. He began his career with Hampshire County Architects and then went into private practice working for Fitzroy Robinson, Broadway Malyan and then Jefferson Sheard and Partners for six years, where a majority of his work comprised public and private sector residential projects, before coming Design Director running the London office of PRC Architects an international multidisciplinary Architectural practice.
In addition to his UK experience as Design and Project Director he also spent a short period of time in the UAE. His portfolio of private and public sector work includes Residential, Commercial offices, Industrial, Hotels, Retail Parks, Mixed use schemes, Car show rooms, recording studios and Marinas. Mike has a keen interest in contemporary design and the evolution of the design
